Dear Seattle-area Customers:
Thank you for supporting our startup in its inaugural year of operation. Our concept has been met with great enthusiasm. It is viable as a local business, and continues to mature into a concept that one day will be able to be duplicated in other regions. But this will take time, and there are still a lot of lessons to be learned locally.
This past summer, the leadership (i.e. me) relocated back to Atlanta. At the time I felt that the Seattle office could continue to grow while I focused on replicating the business in Atlanta. I now believe differently.
At this stage of our newborn company, we need to focus on delivering the highest levels of service to our customers. And opening a second location before one location can perform consistently is not a wise course of action.
So, regrettably, I have decided to suspend our Seattle operations for this initial phase of our startup. Instead, our business model will continue to be refined under my close care and supervision in the Atlanta market only. It is our plan to eventually replicate the model in other cities, and at that time, Seattle will be high on the list of locations for expansion.
I would like to leave you with a list of other companies that offer photo scanning on the Eastside of the Seattle area. There are more, I’m sure. But these are the ones I noted.

Thank you again for your letting us be a part of preserving your family histories. Hopefully, we’ll be back soon.
Best wishes,
